Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Packages are prepared and shipped only upon receipt of proof of payment via email. Orders made and paid after 2:00 PM, on weekends and on holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.

 

Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of uninsured packages.

Shipment processing time: 

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

Mother 2 Be is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! While we strive hard for every item to reach you in perfect condition, we understand that there may be some exceptions where the item purchased may be defective or may not be suitable for you.

Kindly note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Exchanges and returns are allowed within these conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days.

  2. Tags must be intact along with the plastic packaging if any.

  3. Exchange of merchandise will only be allowed for items of the same value or lower.

  4. All sale item(s) are non-refundable. However, they are exchangeable if the size does not fit. Should the item you require the size for is unavailable, you will have to select something else. Shipping fees for exchanges will be borne by customers.

  5. All shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Please make sure the item/s  is unused and all tags are intact. Kindly email or call us and we will assess your return/exchange request. We will then offer a credit memo for you, if applicable.
